ObjectDock 1.9 task bar MISSING!

i just downloaded the new Objectdock and got it set up and so i went to hide my taskbar and after i unhid it now my taskbar is missing the only thing that shows is the Start button Im Running Windows Vista by the way* heres a pic

no matter what i do this always keeps poping up

i tried uninstalling it reinstalling a few times. i have no virus software registry editors nothing Windows Defender is disabled so whats going on here?
